How Do I Add a Chat Box to my Website?
Many websites allow visitors to be able to use a chat window to communicate directly with a representative.

Webready allows you to integrate with 3rd part Chat providers to have this feature on your website.
This is how you can set it up.
First, you will need to sign up to a Chat provider. Once you have done this, navigate to the section of their platform that displays their embed code section that can be added to your website:
Now, you will navigate to the website in Webready that you want to add the chat feature to.
- Navigate to My Websites by clicking the logo in the top left corner or by using the Websites icon in the left navigation panel.
- Locate the website that you want to check, hover over it and click "Select & Edit Website"
- Click on the Chat Box Integration tab
- Click on the Enable Chat Box checkbox
- Under Chat Box Code, paste in the embed code provided by the Chat service you are using.
- Click Save
- Navigate back to Website Details
- Click Republish
- That's it. Once you view your website, the Chat Box should display, allowing guests to send a message
