Webready Setup Checklist

Welcome to Webready!

Webready allows you to create your own high-quality website exactly the way you want, whether it’s your first time creating a site or you’re a long time pro. 

Here are a few key areas to check when setting up Webready account:

1. Add rentalsHow to do it?
   - Rentals can be added manually in Webready. Read more about creating properties in Webready in the How to Add a Rental article.
   
   - If you are using a PMS, then your rentals can be added by importing them into Webready.
   
   Why is it important?
   Rentals are one of the most integral components of Webready. You would not be able to create a website in Webready without the presence of your rentals.

2. Creating a websiteHow to do it?
   Webready allows you to quickly and easily generate a customized, fully responsive website. Click here to learn how to create a website in Webready
   
   Why is it important?
   The main purpose of Webready is to allow you to create websites for your rental. Not having a website would defeat the purpose of the product.

3. DomainsHow to do it?
   A user has the option to add a free Webready domain or add their custom domain in Webready.

   Why is it important?
   A domain name is a unique, virtual address of your website that site visitors type in the browser URL bar to view your website e.g. www.christinesrental.com

4. RatesHow to do it?
   Each rental must include at minimum a Standard rate and a base rate.

   Why is it important?
   Rates are important to set simply because these are the prices your site visitors or potential guest would see when trying to book your rentals.

5. Ical channelsHow to do it?
   Navigate to Bookings, select Import Calendar and add the calendar URL you wish to add to your account.
   Why is it important?
   Adding your Ical connections is important for importing all of your bookings from the other channels and avoiding double-booking.

6. Payment GatewayHow to do it?
   To add your Payment Gateway, this article contains the instructions to assist you.
   
   Why is it important?
   Connecting a Payment Gateway allows Webready to automatically save the guest billing details to the connect gateway of your choice.

7. Account infoHow to do it?
   On your dashboard, click your profile image or the icon at the bottom left and select Account info from the menu options this is where you would see the information associated with your Webready account. Click here for more information on Account Info
   
   Why is it important?
   A unique account is created for a user. The account information helps us to connect with and identify the Administrator of the account.
