Webready Invoicing is an incredibly useful tool that will save you the time and hassle of creating and sending invoices for each booking. Your nightly cost, fees and discounts will all be automatically populated in an invoice template for you and you will determine when it is sent to your guest!

How does Webready Invoicing work?
Webready invoicing allows you to quickly create invoice templates that can be used for multiple invoice rules. Your invoice rules let you specify whether you will be automatically charging the guest, sending them the invoice or marking the invoice as paid, based on the booking event or timeline you choose. Once you’ve set this up you can just sit back and have your payments handled for you!

How do I get Webready Invoicing and what is the cost?
If you’re already a Webready user then you can easily activate Webready Invoicing. Simply navigate to the Invoices section in Webready and click “Subscribe” which will take you directly to this product in the App Store, where you will be able to complete the payment. This time-saving app is Free + a 1% mark-up on the payment gateway processing fee.
